What is your return policy?

We know not everything works out every time. Items returned within 14 days* of receipt in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method.

*All orders placed during December will have an extended returns period up to the 15th January.

All returns sent via our return portal will incur a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging. All footwear must be in original condition with no markings or scratches on the sole and must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

rag & bone gift cards are non-refundable.

Can I return in store?

Any orders are eligible to be returned in one of our rag & bone stores. Please click here to locate a store near you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.

Once your return is processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

Refunds will be issued in the same form that the order was placed. If you placed an order using both a gift card and a credit card, the order will be refunded to reflect those payment methods.

If your original payment method was via one of our partner Afterpay your refund will be credited to your account.


We are not able to offer exchanges and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and returning the original item for refund.

We mean that the products we make are crafted using fabrics, techniques, and a level of professionalism that last from season to season. Every product has a natural lifetime, but — laundry accidents aside — if our product doesn’t reasonably hold up, we’ll fix it or replace it for you. To learn more,click here.

How can I return a gift?

If you wish to return or exchange a gift that was purchased online, please e-mail or call us at +61 2 8208 8821 so that we can assist you.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact, with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.
